Context & problem
Mali Plac is a Slovenian local-food marketplace connecting conscious buyers directly with small farmers and producers — seasonal vegetables, fruit, bread, dairy, seedlings and honey. Customers order online and collect at one of roughly 30 pickup points across the country.
The existing site had fallen behind the brand’s reputation. The client’s goal was clear and measurable: grow the customer base by 5% through a stronger digital experience and a more credible brand presence.
My role
A two-person project with my design partner, Hristina.
- I led the technical side: research, user flows, wireframes and the WordPress/Elementor Pro build.
- Hristina led the branding: logo, color palette, typography and supporting materials (order templates, calendars).
